Retail Growth Executive
Location: Croydon

The Retail Growth Executive Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to establish themselves within a large organisation who can offer stability and training with the opportunity of a great long term career!
- Build relationships and deliver the marketing plan with the retailer network in your area to drive sales of the National Lottery and therefore returns through to Good Causes
- Effective territory management to ensure you are with each retailer 5-6 times per year
- Work towards great in store execution of the category through a focus on distribution, availability, display, impact and retailer advocacy
- Use insights to discuss sales and returns to good causes confidently
ABOUT YOU:
Essentials:
- UK driving license with no more than 6 points
- Live within a commutable distance to territory
- Ability to use IT packages and be IT literate
What could you have done before:

- Previous sales/account management experience - you could be in field sales or work internally in estate agents or recruitment as an example
- If not from a sales background you could have experience in retail such as being Trade Counter Manager
- You are a people person and confident speaking to retailers building great relationships and delivering training
- Can do attitude, focused on solutions
- Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets
What is on offer:
- Base salary dependent on experience from £27,000 - £30,000
- Bonus: Annually up to 10% of base salary available upon achieving targets
- BMW 2 Series Hybrid Automatic Plug in - circa 8% benefit in kind
- Contributory pension scheme with a max Allwyn contribution of 8.5%
- 26 days holidays with bank holidays on top
