About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.
Working across our respected Financial Promoter and Capital Pioneer brands, your primary focus will be to generate new business and drive revenue through the sale of our conferences, events, sponsorship and media products within the financial services sector.

This role would suit someone with experience in B2B sales, telesales, media sales, event sales, or a candidate with the determination and enthusiasm to build a successful sales career.
Key responsibilities
- Source and identify new business opportunities daily.
- Generate and maintain a minimum of 100 new leads per day before call sessions.
- Build, manage and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Track and manage the full sales process following the initial training period.
- Engage with prospects via telephone, email and social media.
- Record all sales activities and opportunities accurately within the CRM system.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently to secure sales.
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights.
- Promote upcoming events, media opportunities and special promotions.
- Consistently secure new business and exceed sales targets.
- Develop a clear understanding of clients' businesses and commercial objectives.
- Identify emerging industry trends and market opportunities that can be developed into revenue-generating products.
What we are seeking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone manner and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, event sales, sponsorship sales or media sales.
- Interest in financial services, investment markets and industry events.
- Experience using a CRM system.

- Uncapped commission – earn 20% on all sales achieved above £2,000 per month
