About Us
AAI Freight Solutions is a European road freight division of the wider AAI Group, a well-established logistics business specialising in global airfreight and Far East deep-sea shipping.
I started AAI Freight Solutions in 2026 with one simple goal, to bring the personal side of freight forwarding back.
Customers shouldn't have to chase for updates, struggle to speak to the same person twice or feel like just another number. We pride ourselves on honest communication, quick responses and building genuine long-term relationships.
We're still a young business, which means this isn't a role where you'll be joining a huge corporate machine. You'll be working directly with me and have the opportunity to genuinely influence how the business grows.
The Role
I'm looking for an experienced Road Freight Sales Executive to help grow AAI Freight Solutions.
I've spent over 10 years on the operational side of freight forwarding, so I'm looking for someone whose strength is sales. Someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and bringing new customers into the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
