Sales Executive
Field Sales Executive – Nestlé Convenience
About the Role
Ready for a field-based sales role that goes beyond traditional retail?
- Location: Cardiff, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil, and surrounding areas
- Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hrs
- Compensation: £25,000–£26,500 + up to 20% bonus (capped at £31,800 OTE) | Company car
In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Manage your own territory
- Build clear relationships with local businesses
- Drive sales growth for brands like KitKat, Aero, Yorkie, and Smarties
- Enjoy autonomy, variety, and rewards based on delivery
Typical day includes:
- Building relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
- Collaborating with retailers to maximise sales opportunities
- Securing shelf space and maximising visibility for new launches and campaigns
- Using sales data to spot and act on growth opportunities
- Ensuring Nestlé’s products stay visible, well-stocked, and accessible
- Creating eye-catching displays to engage shoppers -Managing inventory and deliveries (including trolley handling)
- Supporting seasonal promotions and increasing brand presence
- Dictating your own visit schedule across the assigned territory

What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator who enjoys rapport-building
- A commercially curious mindset—obsessed with why and how stock sells
- Independence: comfortable working solo and managing your time
- Tech-savvy: adaptable with mobile sales tools and data entry
- Experience in field sales, retail, merchandising preferred (attitude most important)
