Sales Executive – New Opportunity!
Charles Hurst Belfast Kia
Location: Belfast
Hours: 44 per week
Hours breakdown: Monday–Wednesday 9am–5:30pm, Thursday 9am–8pm, Friday 9am–5pm, and Saturday 9am–3pm (rota)
Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic + uncapped commission)
Employment status: Full-time

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly, hard-working team at Belfast Kia. You’ll specialise in new and used car sales, providing first-class customer service while working alongside our passionate sales team.
As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers, showing exceptional attention to detail to understand their needs and drive technical vehicle knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in-person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs and preferences
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale and closing deals
- Completing all relevant paperwork for each transaction
- Liaising with multi-department teams (e.g., finance, inventory) to enhance the customer experience

Requirements
Essential
- Full UK driving licence required (as you may drive high-end vehicles)
- Ambitious, hardworking attitude to regularly meet and exceed targets
Desired
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role (though this is not mandatory)
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential
