Be part of something new.
Smollan are building a new national sales team launching in September, and we're looking for ambitious, relationship-focused Sales Executives to help grow BrewDog across major grocery retailers.
You'll have ownership of your own territory, working directly with supermarket stores to increase sales, improve visibility and make sure BrewDog stands out where it matters most - on the shelf and in shoppers' baskets.
No two days are the same. One day you'll be negotiating an additional display, the next launching a new product or helping a store maximise sales through better merchandising and promotions.
If you enjoy being out on the road, meeting people and seeing the results of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build great relationships with store managers and key decision makers
- Grow BrewDog's visibility, availability and sales within major grocery retailers
- Secure additional displays and promotional space
- Merchandise stock and maintain excellent on-shelf availability
- Introduce new products and promotional activity into stores
- Share category and product insights with retailers
- Gather competitor information and identify new sales opportunities
- Manage your own territory, planning your schedule to deliver outstanding results

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
