Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Wolverhampton. The Sales Executive will engage with showroom visitors, identify their needs, and guide them through the selection and purchase of new and used vehicles. Daily responsibilities include:

The role involves maintaining accurate records in dealership systems, following up with prospects and existing customers, and contributing to showroom presentation and promotional activities. The Sales Executive will collaborate with colleagues in sales, finance, and aftersales to ensure a seamless customer journey and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven consultative sales skills, including customer needs analysis, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive showroom experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confident presentation and active listening.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping and use of CRM or dealership systems.
- Basic numeracy and financial understanding to explain pricing, offers, and finance products clearly.
- Comfort with digital tools and online sales channels, including email, video, and lead management platforms.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is highly beneficial.
- Full, valid UK driving licence and the ability to conduct safe, professional test drives.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak trading times, as required by the dealership.
