Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets that contribute directly to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and industry sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer support.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the sales industry or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable due to the nature of the territory-based role.
