This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performing dealership located on a busy main road with strong footfall and a loyal base of repeat customers, giving you every chance to succeed. Every day brings variety, with opportunities to sell both new and used vehicles.

- Competitive pay: Starting salary of £27,000 plus uncapped commission. Realistic on-target earnings of £45,000 with top performers earning £60,000+

Work-life balance matters
- 40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts).
- Most Saturdays are worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing the process from initial conversation through to handover while building trusted relationships, always acting with integrity and in the best interests of the customer
- Clearly presenting finance, insurance, and accessory options in a clear, compliant way, ensuring suitability, transparency, and aligned to customer needs while building long-term loyalty
- Generating new opportunities through prospecting and follow-up, using methods that play to your strengths
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Maintaining a highly organised approach, managing your diary and ensuring all admin processes are completed accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
- Motivation and drive to achieve goals
- Excellent organisation skills – able to manage a busy diary, prioritise effectively, and follow key processes
- The ability to communicate clearly and authentically
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
