Key Responsibilities
- Build strong retailer relationships to drive National Lottery sales and maximise returns for Good Causes
- Territory management: Visit each retailer 5–6 times per year in Stepney
- Ensure quality "in-store execution" by optimising distribution, product availability, display, and advocacy
- Use sales data and insights to confidently discuss targets and performance with retailers
About You: Essential Requirements
- UK full driving licence (no more than 6 points)
- Ability to live within commutable distance of the Stepney territory
- IT literacy (proficiency with relevant sales/office software)
Desirable Experience (Not exclusive)
- Previous field sales/account management (e.g., estate agency, recruitment, or direct sales roles)
- Retail experience (e.g., Trade Counter Manager, shop floor leadership)
- A people-focused mindset and strong relational skills to build rapport and train retailers
- Solution-driven attitude, self-motivated with a trackable, results-focused mentality

What’s on Offer
- Base salary: £27,000–£30,000 (dependent on experience)
- Annual bonus: Up to 10% of base salary for meeting targets
