Sales Executive
Business Development Executive Kings Langley | Full-Time | Permanent £28,000 – £32,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £35,000+) Monday–Friday | 7:30am – 4:30pm Are you a confident communicator who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and creating opportunities? Do you enjoy the buzz of sales, hitting targets, and being rewarded for your success? A fast-growing and highly respected technology and security solutions provider is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join its ambitious team in Kings Langley. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a booming industry where innovation, smart technology, and customer relationships are at the heart of everything. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers across multiple sectors, and helping organisations improve safety, efficiency, and operational performance through cutting-edge technology solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and market research Building relationships with prospective clients across commercial sectors Booking high-quality appointments for the senior sales team Managing and nurturing leads through the CRM system Supporting sales presentations and attending client meetings where required Working toward clear, achievable KPIs with excellent earning potential Experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development A confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner Resilience and motivation in a target-driven environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers An interest in technology or technical products would be highly beneficial Competitive basic salary + generous bonus structure Genuine career progression opportunities Friendly and supportive office culture Client-facing opportunities and variety within the role Pension & healthcare scheme Vehicle / vehicle allowance option Team-building events and company socials Work within an exciting, future-focused industry experiencing strong growth
