Sales Executive

Vertu KIA Bradford – Sales Executive (No Automotive Experience Required)

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our esteemed team at Vertu KIA Bradford, one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional customer service skills, a passion for premium experiential retail, or a transferable background from hospitality, retail, or customer-focused environments.

The Opportunity

Your success will be commensurate with dedication—a basic salary of £27,000 complements an uncapped commission structure, offering the potential to surpass annual earnings of £45,000 (handling). Our centrally located Bradford dealership benefits from high footfall, excellent transport links, and a diverse, affluent client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium, high-touch customer experience from first inquiry to vehicle handover
  • Manage the entire sales process, ensuring consistency and alignment with KIA’s luxury, capability, and innovation philosophy
  • Collaborate with a target-driven, high-performance team under direct support from Vertu Motors’ leadership

Workplace Contract

  • 40-hour working week (structured as five 8-hour daily shifts)
  • Operational on select Saturdays (our busiest sales day)
  • Guaranteed weekday rest day to support work–life balance
  • Never work Sundays, maintaining predictable downtime

Entry Requirements

  • Experience: Previous role in customer-facing sectors (automotive, retail, hospitality, or equivalent)
  • Skills:
    • Relationship-building with premier clientele
    • Strong communication, persuasive salesmanship, and adaptability
    • Target-focused mindset with resilience for interviewing deadlines — Critical: Working hours will extend to weekends (sales obligations)
  • Eligibility: Must hold a full UK manual & automatic driver’s licence
