About Us
We’re Bamboo Works — a fast-growing international staffing firm helping companies worldwide build high-quality, affordable remote teams. As we scale, we're hiring a Client Success Manager/Sales Executive to lead inbound client handling, guide prospects through our recruitment process, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
This is a pivotal role — you will be the first impression of Bamboo Works and the ongoing voice of our brand for our clients. Your communication, professionalism, and problem-solving ability will directly reflect the quality we promise.

- Engagement: Full-Time, Independent Contractor
- Working Hours: CET
- Monthly Salary: Base Pay + Commission
What You’ll Do
- Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand hiring needs
- Confidently present our services and tailor solutions to client requirements
- Guide clients through each recruitment stage — calibration, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding
- Maintain communication during sourcing and follow up after candidate presentations
- Act as the primary account manager once roles are closed, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and manage your own pipeline through consistent, high-quality outreach and follow-up

What We’re Looking For
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Fluent English — exceptional speaking and writing skills
- Strong communication — structured, confident, and personable
- Professional presence — calm, trustworthy, articulate
- University degree (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented — quick to grasp new industries and roles
- Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy

Must-Have Experience
- 2–3+ years in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshoring in a client-facing role
- Hands-on experience running discovery calls and managing client accounts
- Proven success managing the full client lifecycle — from lead to long-term relationship
- Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive ongoing client satisfaction
- Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles (EAs, developers, marketers, analysts, accountants)
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AUS, EU, UAE)
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- Strong CRM discipline and organizational skills
- Experience in generating their own leads (LinkedIn outreach, light cold calling, etc.)
