Sales Executive – Full-Time Hybrid Role
Location: Reading (with flexibility to work from home part-week).
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll engage with both prospective and existing members across phone, email, and digital channels to promote MotorEasy’s key offerings:
- Warranties
- Servicing plans
- Insurance products

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs
- Present tailored solutions aligned with MotorEasy’s services
- Manage the entire sales process—from first contact through to closure and follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide feedback to refine sales scripts, campaigns, and customer journeys
- Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and operations teams for a seamless experience
- Uphold high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong background in sales and customer engagement, including:
- Consultative selling
- Negotiation
- Relationship building
- Proven ability in:
- Outbound and inbound phone sales
- Confidence using CRM/sales tools
- Exceptional communication skills:
- Clear verbal expression
- Active listening
- Professional written correspondence
- Basic automotive or insurance knowledge, or the capacity to quickly learn technical details
- Results-driven mindset:
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Alignment with performance metrics
- Comfort with a hybrid work model and time management across office/home settings
- Collaborative approach:
- Ability to work effectively in cross-departmental teams
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for:
- Evaluating pricing
- Analysing customer data
- Regulatory focus—adherence to integrity, fairness, and FCA/compliance principles

Education & Certifications
- Secondary education completed.
