Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
About the Role
We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service and growing FAST, with over 500 branches and new sites opening monthly.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team. Whether you have experience in the car industry or not, we will train you—no prior knowledge required.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week in a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off). Weekend work is common.

- Ensuring efficient branch operations while buying cars—you’ll be the main point of contact for customers.
- Contacting customers, managing your diary, and achieving appointment and sales targets.
- Conducting car appraisals, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Liaising with back-office teams and colleagues.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a current full UK manual driving licence.
- Have experience in a target-driven environment.
- Be customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Excel under pressure and when working independently (lone working).
- Be able to organise, prioritise workloads and build long-term client relationships.
- Have strong administrative and IT skills.
