Sales Executive - Razorblue
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting (20%)
- Develop strong knowledge of our solutions portfolio and its value for each sector.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Support Marketing with multi-touchpoint campaigns for key targets.
- Build long-lasting, trusting relationships with prospects, identify potential pain points, and propose razorblue services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the New Business team.
Networking (20%)
- Attend regional networking/award events to promote the brand and develop relationships with identified prospects.
- Attend trade shows to promote our brand and drive interest in Razorblue services.
Sales & Revenue Growth (30%)
- Support the sales cycle from initial contact to qualified handover to the New Business team.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the new business team in prospect meetings to enhance success rates.
Bid Writing and Proposal Creation (30%)
- Bid Management: Support the end-to-end bid process, manage timelines, documentation, and submission requirements for multiple new business opportunities.
- Proposal Writing: Create clear, persuasive, and tailored content for bids, proposals, and tender documents. Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all submissions.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
- A business or marketing qualification is preferred. Networking and relationship-building certifications are advantageous.
Experience
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- IT sector experience is advantageous.
- Prior experience in lead generation and prospecting is beneficial.
Key Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking ability.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Fluency in conversational English to explain complex technical issues.
Knowledge & Expertise
- Understanding of business technology challenges and IT solutions.
- Awareness of the managed services market and client needs.
- Familiarity with the lead qualification process.
