Brocket Hall Sales Executive Opportunity
Brocket Hall, a distinguished country estate known for its exceptional golf courses and premium hospitality services, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving sales across various departments including events, weddings, corporate hospitality, and accommodation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial inquiry to contract completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from start to finish, which includes conducting in-depth client meetings to understand their specific needs, developing tailored proposals that effectively address those needs, skillfully negotiating contract terms, and successfully closing deals to secure long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels, actively networking within relevant industry circles, attending key events, and strategically leveraging existing contacts and relationships to expand the client base and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain and consistently update the sales pipeline and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate, detailed, and timely information to ensure clear visibility of all sales activities, facilitate effective forecasting, and support data-driven decision making across the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the events and operations teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless delivery of client services, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
- Meet or exceed predetermined monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by employing effective sales strategies, continuously monitoring performance metrics, and adapting approaches as necessary to achieve and surpass goals.
- Represent Brocket Hall professionally and enthusiastically at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities, building and enhancing the company’s brand presence, establishing valuable industry connections, and generating interest in our offerings.

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within hospitality, events, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for weekend events as needed.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
