The Bowls Club LDN is bringing a modern, fast-paced version of the classic British lawn bowls game to Finsbury Square on selected dates between June and July 2026. The venue combines activity-based gameplay with summer cocktails, premium BBQ dining, lively music, and curated live entertainment. Positioned as a corporate summer party destination in the heart of London, it caters to both large company-wide gatherings and smaller team events. The Bowls Club LDN aims to deliver fun, inclusive, and memorable experiences for corporate clients and their guests.
Role Description
As a Sales Associate at The Bowls Club LDN, you will focus on driving event bookings and nurturing relationships with corporate clients. This full-time, on-site role based in London includes:

- Conducting outbound outreach to potential clients
- Presenting event packages tailored to their needs

You will manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotes and confirmations, and coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale to delivery. Daily tasks also include:
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Supporting on-site client hosting when required
- Contributing to sales targets and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including consultative selling, lead generation, and relationship building with corporate clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in presenting proposals and negotiating terms.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including experience using CRM tools and managing multiple inquiries and deadlines.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver a high-quality, inclusive experience.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or corporate entertainment sales is advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work flexible hours on event dates, including some evenings and weekends.
