What you’ll be doing
Calling previous customers to understand their needs and rebuild relationships Sharing new offers, solutions, and reasons to return Listening carefully and finding the right outcome for each customer Working towards achievable targets with full support from your team Playing a key role in helping us grow and strengthen our customer base
