Sales Executive
Location: Portslade, BN41 1WF
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 40-hour week, Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
Job Description
An overview of the role:
- Act as the point of contact among customers, employees, clients & other external partners
- Taking & recording payments, both over the phone and in person
- Marketing
- Social Media - Posts on all social platforms, regular interaction & comments. Integrate the website, current affairs and current jobs
- Exhibitions & Networking
- Website - Updates to blog, photos, copy & reviews
- Market research
- Manage customer accounts
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Hubspot or similar marketing emails
- Being in charge of checking gas bottles in & out for BOC customers
- Format information for internal and external communication - momos, emails, presentations & reports
- Customer follow ups
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Newsletter
- Organise and maintain the office filing system
- Respond to general enquiries
- Be open to using new technology to support this e.g. Zoho Books

Who We Are Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS Office & Excel knowledge
- Previous administrative experience
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars & copy machines)
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated & enthusiastic
