Role: Attachment Sales Executive
Location: West Bromwich

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Attachment Sales Executive to join a growing business within the construction and machinery sector.
This is a field-based, customer-facing role responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling a wide range of attachments and associated equipment to both new and existing customers across the assigned territory.
Working closely with the sales, service, and parts teams, you will identify customer requirements, develop tailored attachment solutions, and build long-term relationships that deliver outstanding customer service while driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a wide range of attachment products and related equipment.
- Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable attachment solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities across construction, industrial, waste, recycling, and related sectors.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation accurately and professionally.
- Demonstrate equipment on customer sites where required.
- Liaise with suppliers to source specialist or bespoke attachment solutions.
- Work alongside machine sales teams to maximize machine and attachment package opportunities.
- Manage orders from quotation through to delivery and installation.
- Assist with attachment stock management where required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales administration.
- Keep customers informed throughout the sales and aftersales process.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Support marketing activities including demonstrations, exhibitions, open days, and social media content.
- Ensure company equipment and vehicles are maintained to a professional standard.
- Achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties associated with the role.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in or an interest in sales within the construction, plant, agricultural, engineering, or machinery sectors.
- Excellent customer relationship and account management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
