Job Summary

To take ownership for the delivery of a first-class customer experience to all parties involved in the purchase of a new home from Taylor Wimpey.

  • Ensure sales meet or exceed targets
  • Maximise profit for the business

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take leadership of the development, all aspects of presentation, and the entire purchase process.
  • Be the primary point of reference for the purchaser, as well as all internal and external stakeholders, from first contact through to sale completion.
  • Promote use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors, ensuring efficient service delivery for customers and meeting purchasing deadlines.
  • Uphold administrative and reporting requirements, adhering to company policies and agreed timelines.
  • Proactively conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR, and marketing events to secure a robust sales pipeline aligned with set targets.
  • Actively source target customers and schedule appointments. Follow-up leads to ensure sales targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct inspections and introduce customers to their new home, ensuring familiarity and conducting post-purchase aftercare at defined intervals post-move-in.
  • Ensure health and safety complies with legal requirements for customers, colleagues, and stakeholders during site visits.
  • Adhere strictly to company procedures, performance standards, and the [Sales Manual].

Experience, Qualifications & Technical Requirements

  • Sales experience in the housing industry preferred (essential).
  • High levels of self-management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales excellence.
  • Computer literacy (Turbo and CMS systems knowledge is advantageous).
  • Full driving licence with ownership of a car (essential for site access).
