We are a team of around 250 football fanatics working from hubs in Berlin, London, and Lisbon. Our purpose is to disrupt the status quo and make football accessible and enjoyable.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our UK team. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, commercially driven, and passionate about football and digital media. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored media solutions for clients, while gaining hands-on experience across sales, strategy, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support the UK sales team in identifying key football fixtures and commercial opportunities weekly
- Research brands in football and monitor industry trends and sponsorship activity
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
- Collaborate with Client Service Managers and Creative Strategists to deliver client solutions
- Brief internal teams on client requests and campaign requirements
- Independently respond to briefs by creating media decks and media plans with recommended channels, budgets, and timelines
- Track and report campaign performance using digital media metrics (CPM, CTR, impressions)
- Assist in collecting post-campaign reports and providing insights to the team
- Attend events, matches, and networking opportunities to build client relationships

Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or digital media within a media agency, publisher, sports marketing, or related client-facing environment
- Experience or exposure to media planning, campaign management, or client solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of digital media terminology and reporting on campaign performance
- Excellent literacy, numerical, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Curious, ambitious, and motivated to grow a career in media sales
- Passionate about football and connected to the sports industry
- Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and availability to travel across the UK and attend events, matches, and networking opportunities to build client relationships
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, or Google Sheets
