We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our Commercial team, playing a key role in driving new business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is motivated to own the full sales cycle while building strong client relationships and delivering impactful product demonstrations.
What will you do?
- As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the sales journey from qualified opportunity through to close, driving revenue growth and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships to progress opportunities and drive revenue
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, ensuring smooth handover of leads and sharing feedback
- Progress opportunities through negotiation and successful deal closure
- Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce, supporting forecasting and reporting
- Conduct follow-up meetings and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets

Who are we looking for?
- We’re looking for a motivated and inquisitive individual who brings energy, organisation, and a collaborative mindset to a sales environment.
- 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or similar
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and progress opportunities effectively
- Confident in negotiation and closing techniques
- Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn and improve
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a hybrid environment, building strong relationships with SDRs and wider teams
