Used Car Sales Executive – Crewe BMW

About the Role
Position: Used Car Sales Executive (either Full or Part-time) Location: Crewe, BMW Dealership Working Hours:
- Mon-Fri: 08:30–18:00
- Saturday: 09:00–17:00
- Sunday: 11:00–15:00 on a rota basis
Potential Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE (with £25,000 basic and uncapped commission)
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on-site with a specially trained front-of-house team to deliver first-class customer service.

Prove exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike.

Achieve sales targets and meet profit objectives, including profiting from finance and insurance products.

Handle all customer communications:
- Phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Accompanying customers on test drives.
- Completing required paperwork and processes.

Foster long-term customer relationships, driving new and used car enquiries while nurturing conversions.

Project genuine BMW brand enthusiasm, excelling in meaningful customer engagement.

Uphold brand standards to drive new customer acquisition, maximising lead outcomes.

Requirements
- A passionate interest in cars and customer service.
- Proven sales experience within the motor trade as a pre-requisite.
- A valid full UK driving licence (required to drive some vehicles).
- Strong communication skills combined with dedication to high service standards.
- Eager enthusiasm, motivation, and capacity to consistently generate results.
