  • Prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Conducting virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure

The role involves:

  • Maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools
  • Preparing proposals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met

The Sales Executive will:

  • Monitor market trends
  • Provide feedback to improve services
  • Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools to track activities, opportunities, and performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritise tasks, and manage time to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Background in staffing, recruitment, HR technology, or professional services sales is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Comfort with virtual collaboration tools and willingness to adapt to evolving sales processes and technologies.
