Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Preston. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchase process. Daily responsibilities include:

The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, following up with prospective and existing customers, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences. Sales Executives are expected to uphold company standards, adhere to compliance requirements, and contribute to a professional, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of customers.
- Proven sales or retail experience, including negotiation, closing skills, and a results-oriented approach to meeting or exceeding targets.
- Organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in handling documentation, finance processes, and follow-up activities.
- Comfort with digital tools and systems, including CRM software, email, and basic office applications for managing leads and customer records.
- Knowledge of or interest in the automotive sector, including current vehicle models, features, and finance products (training can be provided).
- Ability to work on-site in Preston, including weekends and peak business hours, as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Valid UK driving licence and a safe driving record.
- GCSEs or equivalent; further education or professional sales training is beneficial.
