Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chigwell. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for retirement properties, including responding to enquiries, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and providing clear information about estate services and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present proposals
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact through completion
- Build relationships with prospective buyers
- Liaise with solicitors and agents as needed
- Monitor market trends
- Contribute to sales campaigns and events
The role requires a proactive, service-oriented approach to supporting future residents and their families through important life decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client relationship skills, with experience managing a full sales cycle from enquiry to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present property features and services clearly and empathetically.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including accurate record-keeping and effective use of CRM or similar systems.
- Comfort working on-site and engaging with customers in person, including hosting viewings and attending events.
- Previous experience in property, retirement living, or customer-facing service sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and basic digital marketing awareness.
- Relevant education or training in sales, business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
