Sales Executive – Diageo Brand Representation (Bolton, UK)
About the Role
Spirited individuals are needed to represent Diageo, the drinks giant behind iconic brands like Smirnoff, Guinness, and Gordons! Join our team as a Sales Executive and enjoy:
- Base salary: £27,594 + £3,000 bonus
- Company vehicle included

Key location: Bolton, BL1 (UK) Territory: Manchester North, Blackburn, Bolton, Oldham, Warrington, Wigan, and surrounding areas
Essential requirement: Valid UK driving licence (due to company car).
Responsibilities
A typical day involves:
- Conducting field sales visits to on-trade venues across your assigned territory to promote:
- Diageo’s spirits and drafts portfolio
- Educating licensees on strategies to increase alcohol sales, providing tailored recommendations.
- Activating products in venues through:
- POS materials
- Sampling activities
- Menu placement & promotions
- Quality assurance checks to maintain consistency in:
- Guinness draught standards
- Draught cocktail excellence
- Compiling and sharing insightful reports from outbound calls.
- Developing strong business relationships in the on-trade sector.
