Sales Executive

Location, Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
  • Bonus: Fantastic monthly & annual bonuses based on company performance
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off)
  • Weekend work required

About the Company

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service, rapidly expanding with over 500 branches. We’re constantly growing—new sites open monthly—and we’re always looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our high-growth team.

About the Role

At WBAC, our Sales Executives are responsible for buying cars while ensuring the efficient running of individual branches. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting customers to book appointments and hit targets
  • Performing car appraisals, negotiating prices, closing sales
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with back-office teams and colleagues

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (must be current)
  • Experience in a target-driven environment
  • Customer-focused, with excellent communication & phone manner
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in lone-working scenarios
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in administration & IT
