Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales & Relationship Building

  • Identify and approach potential business customers, including cafés, restaurants, offices, retailers, and community partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and wholesale accounts.
  • Conduct product introductions, tastings, and follow-up meetings.
  • Prepare quotations and assist in managing customer enquiries and orders.
  • Support the execution of partnership and corporate initiatives.

B2C & Tea Lounge Sales

  • Deliver excellent customer service at the store.
  • Recommend products and upsell where appropriate to maximise customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Support daily front-of-house operations during busy periods.
  • Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Online & Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales

  • Assist in driving sales through brand's online channels.
  • Respond to customer enquiries from digital platforms.
  • Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the customer journey.

Product Launches & Events

  • Support the launch of new products across stores, online, and wholesale channels.
  • Assist with pop-ups, community events, and brand activations.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the wider team.

Business Growth

  • Identify potential new sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or business development is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude.
  • Confidence in approaching and building relationships with new people.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
  • Flexibility to support store operations, events, and occasional weekend activities when required.
