Sales Executive
Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don’t have car knowledge—we will train you thoroughly.
As a Sales Executive at WBAC, you’ll not only buy cars but ensure smooth branch operations. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the back office and colleagues to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience in a target-driven environment.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and work independently (lone working).
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to build lasting client/ customer relationships.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
