Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Hunter / Farmer

Title: GRC Solutions | Remote

Are you a commercially driven Sales Executive who thrives on winning new business while growing and retaining existing client relationships? We are looking for a high-performing individual to join our team in a dynamic hunter/farmer role, responsible for delivering and exceeding £720,000 in annual revenue across our GRC Solutions portfolio.


About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Winning new business through:

    • Proactive prospecting
    • Networking
    • Outreach
    • Conversion of qualified leads
  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts via:

    • Renewals
    • Upselling
    • Cross-selling opportunities
  • Owning the full sales cycle:

    • Discovery and qualification
    • Proposal development
    • Negotiation
    • Closing
    • Handover to relevant departments

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline that supports consistent revenue achievement above £720,000 annually

  • Adopting a consultative selling approach to:

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a hunter/farmer sales role, balancing:

    • New business generation
    • Account growth and retention
  • Consistent achievement of ambitious sales targets, ideally generating £720,000+ annually, or equivalent territorioals

  • Strong experience in:

    • Consultative selling
    • Commercial negotiation
    • Closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen, resilience, and drive to maintain momentum in a results-focused environment

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and familiarity with Microsoft 365

  • Preference for candidates with experience in:

    • GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
