Sales Executive
Sales Executive – Hunter / Farmer
Title: GRC Solutions | Remote
Are you a commercially driven Sales Executive who thrives on winning new business while growing and retaining existing client relationships? We are looking for a high-performing individual to join our team in a dynamic hunter/farmer role, responsible for delivering and exceeding £720,000 in annual revenue across our GRC Solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities

Winning new business through:
- Proactive prospecting
- Networking
- Outreach
- Conversion of qualified leads

Managing and growing existing customer accounts via:
- Renewals
- Upselling
- Cross-selling opportunities

Owning the full sales cycle:
- Discovery and qualification
- Proposal development
- Negotiation
- Closing
- Handover to relevant departments

Requirements

Proven track record in a hunter/farmer sales role, balancing:
- New business generation
- Account growth and retention

Consistent achievement of ambitious sales targets, ideally generating £720,000+ annually, or equivalent territorioals

Strong experience in:
- Consultative selling
- Commercial negotiation
- Closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders

Commercial acumen, resilience, and drive to maintain momentum in a results-focused environment

Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and familiarity with Microsoft 365

Preference for candidates with experience in:
- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- Cyber security

- Solution-led B2B sales
