Sales Executive

The Role

Working alongside an experienced external sales team, you'll:

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound activity.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Manage customer accounts and maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
  • Help deliver ambitious growth targets across multiple industry sectors.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in ambitious, driven sales professionals who enjoy speaking with customers and winning business. You'll ideally have:

  • Internal sales, account management or sales support experience.
  • Experience within equipment rental, plant hire, powered access, material handling, power generation, HVAC, construction or another technical B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to negotiate with customers.
  • A proactive attitude with the drive to exceed targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
