Your new role

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving event revenue by engaging with both warm and cold prospects, securing delegate bookings for our conferences, seminars, and trade shows. You will proactively reach out to professionals across targeted industries, clearly communicate the value of attending, and convert interest into confirmed registrations. This is a high-activity, target-driven role where your success is directly linked to your effort, offering strong earning potential for those motivated to maximize performance and exceed targets.

Key requirements

  • A highly motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire to build a career in sales
  • Evidence of drive, resilience, and a competitive mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Confidence communicating with professionals over the phone and via email
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, willing to put in the activity required to maximize earnings
  • Strong work ethic and determination, with the mindset to double on-target earnings through performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain momentum in a high-volume outreach role
  • Organised and disciplined, with the ability to manage pipelines and prioritise effectively
  • Previous sales, customer-facing, or target-driven experience is beneficial but not essential
  • A genuine interest in learning, development, and progressing within a commercial environment
