Full-Time Sales Executive
Prescott’s of Frodsham | Independent Jewellers
We’re looking for a full-time sales executive to join our team.
Prescott’s of Frodsham is a new independent jewellers opening in Frodsham this September. Built on decades of industry experience, we’re creating a jewellery destination centred around expertise, trust and outstanding customer service.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with customers, takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience, and wants to be part of something from day one.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers in store.
- Building lasting relationships and repeat business.
- Advising customers on jewellery, watches and gifts.
- Supporting jewellery sales, repairs and bespoke enquiries.
- Maintaining the presentation of our showroom to the highest standard.
- Handling stock and day-to-day store operations.
- Working as part of a small team where everyone contributes.

We’d love to hear from you if you have
- Previous jewellery or luxury retail experience (preferred but not essential for the right person).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A professional, friendly and confident manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
