Company Description
Workflo Solutions® is a Central Scotland based Print and IT Managed Service Provider that has been supporting organizations since 2007 with technology that delivers measurable business impact. We partner with SMEs, public sector and third-sector organizations. To support our business expansion, we are seeking to recruit several sales executives into the established team (which is supported by marketing and lead generation teams).
Role Description
The Sales Executive(s) role is full-time. You should be broadly based in the Central Belt. The role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities for managed print services and IT Managed Services. Day-to-day work includes prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline and CRM records, meeting revenue and margin targets, providing ongoing account management and representing Workflo Solutions® at networking events and industry forums.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales - ideally in print services or technology solutions.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships at multiple organizational levels.
- Competence in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively, work independently on-site, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region as required.
