Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Commercial Branding & Graphic Solutions

Location: Midlands & South West UK (Field-Based)
Ideal Base: Birmingham or Bristol (other locations within territory considered)
Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Remote / Field-Based
Package: Circa £62,000 OTE (70% base / 30% variable) + Benefits

A global market-leading manufacturer is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to develop and grow business across the Midlands and South West territory.
This role is ideal for an ambitious field sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and growing revenue through distribution partners and end users.
You'll be responsible for driving territory growth, developing strategic accounts and delivering against a defined sales target within a well-established commercial business.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities across a defined territory
  • Managing and growing relationships with distribution and channel partners
  • Identifying opportunities with end-user customers and influencing product specification
  • Building and executing territory business plans to maximise growth
  • Managing a structured sales pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts
  • Working closely with marketing, technical and customer support teams
  • Delivering product demonstrations, presentations and commercial proposals
  • Achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships to drive long-term growth

About You:

  • Proven success in B2B field sales
  • Experience selling through distributors, merchants, resellers or channel partners
  • Strong new business development and territory management skills
  • Commercially driven with a track record of delivering against sales targets
  • Comfortable managing both end users and distribution relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Full UK driving licence
