Sales Executive – Career Changers Welcome

Location: Hyundai Dunfermline

Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: £45,000 realistically – top performers earn £60,000+

If you're already working in automotive sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading motor retailers, with strong earning potential, excellent support and genuine career progression.

Equally, if you're currently working in retail, hospitality, leisure or another customer-facing sales role, your people skills, ability to build rapport and drive to succeed could make you an excellent Car Sales Executive. You don't need automotive experience – we'll provide all the training and support you need to build a successful career with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
  • Arranging and conducting test drives
  • Building relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
  • Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team

  • Have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer‑facing sales
  • Are confident, motivated and enjoy speaking to people
  • Like working towards targets and being rewarded for success
  • Want a career where effort is properly recognised
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
