Role Description

The Sales Specialist will work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, in a full-time capacity, focusing on generating new business and growing existing client relationships for Ooh Marketing’s service portfolio.

The role involves:

  • Preparing proposals
  • Negotiating pricing and terms
  • Closing deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and reporting on sales performance

The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and technology teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and delivered, while providing ongoing support and follow-up to maximize client satisfaction and retention. The role also includes staying current on digital marketing trends and Ooh Marketing offerings to confidently position the agency’s value in a competitive market.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and present complex solutions clearly.
  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Experience in training or onboarding clients or team members, and contributing to sales management activities such as forecasting or reporting.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, creative services, or media, with the ability to align client needs with offerings such as content, branding, and paid ads.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with consistent achievement of targets and KPIs, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced creative environment and collaborating cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and technical teams.
  • Relevant experience in sales or account management; a background in marketing, advertising, or media is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus for international client communication.
