We are now looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our established Vauxhall team at our busy site at Marsh Mills, Plymouth, representing a brand that continues to lead in innovation, performance and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the showroom to the handover. You will:
Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all customers that come through the door and over the phone. Build genuine rapport to understand your customers needs - turning conversation into business. Match relevant products to the needs of your customers, presenting applicable features and benefits. Accurately appraise used cars offered in part exchange. Organise and carry out professional and proficient demonstrations and test drives. Negotiate a successful close, overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available. Identify sources of potential new and used car customers for your franchise and business. Carry out prospecting activities on a regular basis with confidence. Ensure that all vehicles are presentable and ready for inspection by your customers, including your own company car. Display all vehicles to brand standard with the right price and specification details. Maintain your digital diary and use both our customer relationship and dealership management tools accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For
Some experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry is preferred but not always essential, however, a passion for cars is! A passion for delivering "first class" customer service Confidence, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills A willingness to work weekends (because that's when our customers love to shop) A full UK driving licence

OTE £50,000 per annum
