Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off). Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at WBAC, you'll be responsible for:
- Buying cars efficiently while ensuring smooth operation at your branch—you’ll serve as the primary customer contact.
- Speaking with potential customers to schedule appointments and meet performance targets.
- Conducting vehicle appraisals, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating closely with back-office teams and colleagues to streamline processes.

Requirements
- Current full UK manual driving licence
- Experience in a high-performance, target-driven environment
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, both independently (lone working requirements) and in teams
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and workload management skills
- Skilled in building long-lasting client relationships
- Strong administration and IT competencies
