Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Maidstone, Kent. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling advertising, sponsorship, and other media solutions across one of Datateam’s international titles, managing a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Day-to-day tasks
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting sales calls and meetings
- Preparing proposals
- Closing deals
- Coordinating with editorial, marketing, and events teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives
- Tracking performance against sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Staying informed about market trends
- Representing Datateam professionally at industry events and meetings, both in the UK and internationally
Qualifications
- Good sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with a proactive attitude to identifying new opportunities.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is beneficial; formal education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
