Vertu Hyundai Banbury

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu Hyundai Banbury. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £27,000, with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, meaning top performers can earn up to £60,000.

In addition to excellent earning potential, we pride ourselves on offering genuine work-life balance. You’ll work a 40-hour week (five 8-hour shifts), be on duty for most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and enjoy a guaranteed day off during the week. Plus, we’re closed on Sundays, giving you a consistent day every week to relax and recharge.

As part of our team, you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, delivering a premium customer experience at every stage. You’ll benefit from full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme designed to set you up for success and help you maximise your earning potential.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

Requirements

Currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic)
