Experienced New Homes Sales Executive – Cygnet View (Yorkshire Division)

We're passionate about bringing customer focus and innovation to the business. If you believe in what you do, you’ll thrive here. Crest Nicholson, a leading quality home developer, is seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to join our Cygnet View development in Swanland, East Riding of Yorkshire.

About the Role

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re recruiting a driven, results-driven Sales Executive who:

  • Delivers a positive customer experience from start to finish—because happy customers mean happy homes!
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, pushing boundaries to exceed goals and reach your potential.
  • Is charismatic, confident, and creative, with the ability to:
    • Think outside the box to resolve challenges and captivate buyers.
    • Own the process, ensuring shows, tours, and sales run smoothly.
  • Can work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), as customer availability is key to closing deals.

Requirements & Experience

  • New Homes Sales experience is ideal, but any sales or customer service background will be considered.
  • Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
  • A client-first mindset matched with resilience under pressure.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data and administration.
  • HGV1/2 experience preferred (for site access or customer check-ins).
