Sales Executive - Monx UK, Malta and Ireland

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in London, United Kingdom. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct outbound and inbound prospecting to drive revenue across Monx’s accounting, tax, payroll, incorporation, and immigration services. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, preparing tailored proposals, and delivering presentations or product demonstrations, both in person and virtually. The role also includes negotiating contract terms, collaborating with internal service and advisory teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, contribute feedback to refine Monx’s offerings, and work toward individual and team sales targets while representing the brand in a professional and client-focused manner

Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within professional services, financial services, or consulting. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex services in clear, client-friendly terms. Comfort with consultative selling, including needs analysis, solution design, and long-term relationship building. Ability to manage a structured sales process, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools. Familiarity with accounting, tax, payroll, company incorporation, or immigration services is highly advantageous. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple opportunities and meet targets. Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, advisory, marketing, and customer success). Comfort working in a global, multicultural environment and engaging with international clients in different time zones. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to Monx’s markets (e.g., Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, or others) are a plus
