Sales Executive

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off (weekend work involved)

About the Role

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service, growing at a rapid pace with over 500 branches and opening new sites every month. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join and grow with our dynamic team.

As a Sales Executive with us, your role involves more than just buying cars—you’ll ensure the efficient running of your branch while being the main point of contact for our customers:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of your branch.
  • Build relationships with customers and prioritise your schedule to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate pricing, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with the back office and team members to ensure all processes run seamlessly.

Requirements

You must:

  • Hold a current full UK manual driving license.
  • Have experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Be customer-focused with outstanding communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Be able to work under pressure, independently (lone working), and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Be skilled in building lasting relationships with clients/customers.
  • Have excellent administration and IT skills.
