Sales Executive, ANZ Market

Location: London, UK
Reports to: Senior Sales Manager
Type: Full time, permanent

If you have ANZ experience and the drive to build a career in sales, we want to hear from you.

About Packamama

Packamama is a climate tech start-up reimagining wine packaging for a low-carbon future. Our multi award-winning eco-flat wine bottles, made from circular material, are already in use by some of the world's leading wine brands and retailers. We're addressing growing consumer and industry demand for more sustainable, circular packaging solutions.

The role

This is an exciting time to join. In late 2025 the Australian Government awarded Packamama a AU$1 million grant under the Business Research and Innovation Initiative (BRII), backed by Wine Australia, to develop our next generation of wine bottles. You will be involved as the project moves into its next phase of production trials and consumer research, helping bring the results to market in Australia and New Zealand over the 18-month programme.

As Sales Executive for the ANZ market, you will be the day-to-day contact for wine producers, retailers and suppliers across Australia and New Zealand, working from our London base. Most communication happens over email, with some video calls. These are not a regular fixture, but given the time difference they may occasionally fall outside standard working hours, whether an early start or a late call, and you will need to be willing to accommodate them when they arise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
