Graduate/Entry-Level Sales & Business Development Executive (APAC)

About the Role
Build your career in international sales while supporting TGS | 4C’s growth into onshore wind and expanding coverage across Asia-Pacific (APAC).
This is an opportunity to join a fast-evolving industry, develop sales, communication and commercial skills, and work with clients directly from day one. A structured training programme and mentorship will set you on the path toward a disabled-to-fulled Sales Executive role.
Due to APAC coverage, this role operates on early core hours (typically 6:00am–2:00pm UK time or equivalent in Oslo).
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Exposure
- Support identification of new business opportunities across APAC markets
- Research energy companies to build tailored client target lists (offshore wind, renewables, and related energy sectors)
- Analyze market potential and identify high-value prospects
- Assist the team in establishing relationships with international clients and industry stakeholders
- Represent TGS | 4C at relevant events, webinars and forums (where appropriate)

Sales & Client Engagement
- Assist in sales calls, video meetings and client presentations
- Help prepare proposals, pricing reports and client-facing materials
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior sales and consultancy teams to progress opportunities
- Contribute to team-wide sales targets and pipeline growth (over time)
Learning & Professional Growth
- Develop deep knowledge of onshore and offshore wind markets, and global energy trends
- Learn sales fundamentals (prospecting, negotiation, financing opportunities)
- Build commercial awareness across international markets, particularly APAC
- Benefit from coaching, mentorship and structured training
What Success Look Like in 6–12 Months
✔ Building confidence in engaging international clients ✔ Establishing a strong foundation in onshore/offshore wind and APAC markets ✔ Making meaningful contributions to sales pipelines and deal progression
Who Are We Looking For?
Candidates should be recent graduates (within 1–2 years) or recent professionals in:
- Business, economics, marketing, energy or related disciplines
- Minimum requirements:
- Strong ** verbal and written communication skills**
- Interest in international business and energy markets
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Language skills:
- Fluent in English (essential)
- Fluent in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean (a strong advantage)
Technical competencies:
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Role Details
- Location: Hybrid working in UK (Norwich, Weybridge, or Frome) or Oslo, Norway
- Reporting to: Sales Manager
- Hours: 6:00am–2:00pm UK time or equivalent in Oslo
- Compensation:
