Front Desk Sales Clerk at SIXT

YOUR ROLE
As the first (and often last) point of contact with our customers, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by using a sales-minded approach to tailor offers
- Handle rental agreements and retrieval of customer inquiries
- Confirm damages, deter passengers to sign necessary documentation and escalate to the Branch Manager when required
- Facilitate operations as befits leading SIXT:
- Support in refuelling and preparing vehicles for rental ready
- Manage deliveries and vehicle collections between branches
- Ensure pristine presentation with valeting and cleaning work
- Represent premium SIXT brand standards at all times

YOUR SKILLS & CRITERIA
Required:
✅ Customer-first mindset – Experience in direct customer contact (e.g. hospitality, tourism, or sales) ✅ Sales experience – You love the art of sales while upholding service excellence ✅ Communication skills – Fluent, confident, and articulate in English ✅ Flexibility – Happy working team opportunistically, including weekends and holidays ✅ Valid driving licence with +12 months driving experience

Competitive Compensation
- Base pay of £27,204.78 per year
- ₹≈300 guaranteed cash bonus each month for 6 months
- Uncapped bonus scheme, guaranteeing a ₹≈50,000 OTE (Target Ongoing Earnings)
